- Based in Townsville CBD
- Monday to Friday
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing outstanding telephone answering and administration services
- Managing a high volume of calls
- Maintenance of reception
- Assisting the Business Managers
- Providing support to the Managers in the day to day running of the office
What you need to succeed
- Customer service experience,
- Reception experience,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure
- Personable with an approachable demeanour
- Ability to work in a team-based environment whilst managing your own workload
- A positive and adaptable attitude
