About the Role

They are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service professional to join their team. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services, and play a key part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, technical) to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
  • Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Support sales and administration teams with day-to-day tasks as required.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Job stability with a well-established company.
