Delivery Driver/Customer Tech

About the Role

• Delivery Driver / Customer Tech
• $36-$37 / hr casual

Reporting directly to the Service Manager

This is a casual position with a potential to go permanent.

• 38 hours per week
• 7.30am starts
• This role requires you to have a proven background in customer service, delivery driving & warehousing. You will be responsible for providing premium service levels to our clients valued customers.

This role will involve:

• Using Work Van To Deliver Local Orders
• Servicing of Coffee Machines by way of detailed cleaning
• Picking and Packing orders to be dispatched via Freight Forwarder.
• These can be on pallets, skids or individually boxes.
• Stock Control and ensuring stock rotation is adhered to

Using a walk behind forklift –

• Microsoft computer skills
• General Warehouse & Admin duties
• Common sense

Must Have:

• Valid and current Drivers License 
• Good customer service skills

All about you:

• Prior experience working as a Delivery Driver in a customer driven environment preferably the foodservice industry.
• Delivery Driver Experience
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great phone manners.
• Warehouse Experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
