Accurate Recruitment requires the services of an  Entry Level Recruitment Consultant who is enthusiastic about learning and having a career in the Labour Hire/ Recruitment Industry.

The individual we seek must be willing to work hard, be dedicated, and be passionate about being a part of our recruitment team. You must have the ATTITUDE to get in and give anything a go.

For Entry Level  Consultants, the role includes:

Candidates – Learn how to talk to candidates, understand their expectations, match them to the right role/position

Database – Learn how Accurate Recruitment manages our candidates and jobs using our Recruitment Based Software and manage candidates from the start to the end of the recruitment process

Review Resumes – Learn how to review a Resume and understand how to pick out key skills and match them to job vacancies.

Interviews – Learn how to interview a candidate and match to the clients’ requirements

Advertising & Marketing – Learn how to post job adverts across a variety of platforms

Candidate Management – Learn how to manage candidate expectations, and prepare them for client interviews to ultimately result in a successful placement for client and candidate.

Reference Checks – Understand how to conduct an effective reference check

Client site visits – Work closely with a Senior Consultant / Manager and attend client meetings to give you exposure to client interactions

Hours are 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday,
