Factory Labourer

We’re looking for reliable factory workers to join a well-known team on the Sunshine Coast.

You’ll be assembling wardrobes and screens ready for installation on-site.

Position: Factory Labourer

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $35.00 per hour.
• Ongoing role, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with timber, aluminium and glass – production/assembly and installation of shower screens and wardrobes
• Use of hand & power tools – to cut, shape and assemble components
• Follow manufacturing guidelines and specifications to ensure consistent quality
• Quality control of products
• Package finished product for delivery
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including health and safety regulations

What You Need to Succeed:

🔸 Experience in a factory or assembly role

🔸 Experience with hand & power tools

🔸 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🔸Physically fit and safety conscious

🔸 Reliable and ready to work early starts

🔸Own transport
