Office Administration – Procurement Assistant
Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing business supplying high-quality products to customers nationwide.
With continued growth and ongoing investment in their people, systems, and facilities, we are looking to add a reliable and detail-focused Administration Officer to their team.
This is an office-based role in Chevallum on the Sunshine Coast and would be well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a collaborative and dependable team.
About the Role
The primary focus of this role is data entry and order administration, communicating with customers and business stakeholders, supporting the smooth flow of information between internal teams.
You will work closely with production staff, stores, and other office team members to ensure orders are entered accurately and processed in a timely manner.
There is also a customer service element to the role, responding to basic enquiries and assisting internal and external stakeholders as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurate entry and processing of customer orders
· Maintaining data integrity across internal systems
· Liaising with production staff and stores to confirm order details
· Assisting with basic customer service enquiries
· Supporting general administrative tasks related to order processing
· Working closely with the wider team to ensure deadlines are met
About You
· Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
· Reliable, punctual, and consistent in your approach to work
· Comfortable with repetitive data entry and system-based tasks
· Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
· Able to manage routine tasks while meeting deadlines
· Previous experience in administration or order processing/procurement is desirable
