Location: Carole Park, Brisbane
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm (27.5 hours / week)

 

A long-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to manage accounts payable, payroll, and general office duties.

 

Key Duties:

  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial and ATO reports
  • Weekly payroll processing, superannuation, and staff onboarding
  • Respond to payroll and finance queries
  • Manage office records, supplies, and communication

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Payroll / Accounts Payable roles
  • Proficiency in Xero and / or Tanda
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Experience with EBAs or construction/engineering industries is a plus
