Production Labourers – Eagle Farm

Our client is seeking hardworking and reliable Production Labourers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Eagle Farm. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for consistent work with excellent pay rates and overtime available.

About the Role:
You will play a hands-on role in the production process, working as part of a team to ensure smooth and safe operations. Daily tasks will include:

• Manually lifting 20–25kg bags of product from pallets onto trolleys and moving them into production areas
• Using a hoist to assist in feeding products and ingredients into vibrators / hoppers
• Carrying out cleaning and drying of production machinery, particularly Monday mornings before shifts begin

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 1:00pm (early finishes most days)
• Overtime available: 1:00pm – 4:00pm Daily
• Potential move to Monday to Friday
• $35.00 per hour (ordinary time)
• $52.50 per hour (overtime) – 3 hour blocks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment
• Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to early starts
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 25kg
• Safety-focused with good communication skills
• Own transport to get to Eagle Farm site
• Must have PPE: steel cap boots and hi-vis shirt
