The Role
We’re seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team. You’ll support the recruitment process from start to finish, keep candidate records up to date, and provide a high level of service to both clients and workers.
The role is a dual role working between the Recruitment Team and the Administration Team
What You’ll Do
· Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
· Manage Online Ads(placements, submissions, job creation, documentation)
· Conduct reference/licence checks and create worker profiles for online inductions
· Daily candidate check-ins and availability updates
· Build and maintain the worker database
· Answer shared work phone, handle reception/front desk duties
· Liaise with clients and ensure smooth onboarding
· Assist with Payroll and Administration
· Collation of Timesheets
· Follow up Work Cover Claims
· OHS Reports
· And more
