Accurate Recruitment requires the services of a  Recruitment Consultant who is enthusiastic and passionate about the recruitment industry. Ideally you will have a proven track record in recruitment preferably Industrial and/or Trades though this is not essential..

The individual we are seeking must be willing to work hard, be dedicated and passionate about being a part of our recruitment team. You must have the ATTITUDE to get in and give anything a go.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare, draft, and publish job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.

·         Source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms and proactive talent acquisition strategies.

·         Conduct high-volume candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview scheduling with clients.

·         Develop and sustain candidate pools by engaging in continuous market research and candidate engagement.

·         Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with position requirements and client expectations.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment database.

·         Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.

·         Ensure exceptional candidate care, delivering a smooth, professional, and timely experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
