Accurate Recruitment

Recruitment Consultant

Accurate Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in an office-based role at our Brisbane Northside location. This is not a work-from-home position and requires full-time presence in the office. The role will also involve visiting client sites as part of building and maintaining strong relationships. If you’re passionate about the recruitment industry and ready to contribute to a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

This opportunity would suit an experienced consultant looking to take the next step in their career, or a manager seeking to step back into a hands-on role while still contributing leadership and mentoring expertise.

Ideally, you will bring a proven background in recruitment—particularly within Industrial and/or Trades sectors—though this is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering results.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dedicated, and eager to be part of a collaborative team. A “can-do” mindset and the confidence to take initiative are key to succeeding in this role. You will also have the capability to lead and mentor a small team, supporting their development and helping drive overall team performance.

Our reputation has been built over more than 20 years through strong, long-term relationships and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. We pride ourselves on operating with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine focus on service, ensuring we consistently meet client needs in a cost-effective and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using online tools and proactive recruitment strategies

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through ongoing market research and engagement
  • Assess candidate suitability against role requirements and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
  • Deliver a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead, support, and mentor a small team, fostering a positive and high-performing environment
  • Visit client sites to strengthen relationships, understand workforce needs, and ensure service delivery standards are met

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • A strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability (or strong potential) to lead, coach, and mentor team members
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • An understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S), particularly within industrial or trades environments
  • A willingness and ability to attend client sites as required

All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
