Accurate Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in an office-based role at our Brisbane Northside location. This is not a work-from-home position and requires full-time presence in the office. The role will also involve visiting client sites as part of building and maintaining strong relationships. Ideally, you will bring a proven background in recruitment—particularly within Industrial and/or Trades sectors—though this is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering results.

You will also have the capability to lead and mentor a small team, supporting their development and helping drive overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
• Source and identify suitable candidates using online tools and proactive recruitment strategies
• Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, and reference checks
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through ongoing market research and engagement
• Assess candidate suitability against role requirements and client expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress
• Deliver a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment process
• Lead, support, and mentor a small team, fostering a positive and high-performing environment
• Visit client sites to strengthen relationships, understand workforce needs, and ensure service delivery standards are met
