Accurate Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established and growing recruitment business.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving recruitment outcomes, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, and brings a strong “can-do” attitude. You will be proactive, accountable, and confident in taking ownership of your desk while delivering exceptional results.

While experience in Industrial and/or Trades recruitment is highly regarded, it is not essential. What is essential is your proven recruitment success and your ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

🔑 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Client Relationship Management
• Manage and grow key client accounts
• Build strong, long-term partnerships through consistent service delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients

Business Development & Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Expand existing client relationships
• Contribute to the overall growth of the business

Recruitment Delivery
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across temporary and permanent roles
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
• Deliver outcomes that meet both client and candidate expectations

Operational Excellence
• Maintain high standards of recruitment delivery and compliance
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely candidate management
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the business

Training & Support
• Assist with training and supporting new and junior consultants
• Share knowledge, tools, and best practices to help develop team capability
• Contribute to a positive learning and development culture
