Our client is looking for a customer focused Coffee Machine Cleaning Tech to join their small, friendly team. They are seeking someone who is energetic, reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring coffee machines, stock and deliveries are managed to a high standard.

This is a casual position with the potential to become permanent, working approximately 38 hours per week, with a 7:30am start.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed cleaning and basic servicing of commercial coffee machines
• Deliver consumables to customers when required
• Assist in the warehouse with moving and preparing stock for dispatch
• Operate a walk-behind forklift
• Work as part of a small, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid driver’s licence
• Proven customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• A practical approach and plenty of common sense
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team
