We are seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team and support ongoing structural steel projects.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a small paint bay and carry out repetitive, high-quality industrial spray-painting work on structural steel components.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial spray painting of structural steel
• Manage and supervise a small paint bay team
• Check and mark off load lists for accuracy and job readiness (essential skill)
• Assist with loading trucks and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

   

Skills and Requirements

• Previous industrial spray-painting experience
• Strong attention to detail – ability to interpret and tick off load lists is crucial
• Forklift licence – Essential
• Truck licence – Advantageous but not essential
• No formal qualifications necessary, just a solid work ethic and relevant experience
• Previous leading hand experience – desirable
