Storeperson / Trade Assistant
Our client based in Clontarf is entering a very busy period. They are a continually growing business that services the needs of a diverse range of clients.
Currently an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual with a good work ethic in the form of a Storeperson / Trade Assistant to join their existing team IMMEDIATELY.
- Ongoing casual with a potential opportunity for a permanent position
- Brisbane North side based
Qualifications/Experience
- LF forklift license (required)
- Engineering background preferred
- Experience in warehousing
- Pick pack experience
- Basic computer skills
Duties
- Receive, scan, handle, pick, pack and dispatch goods
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Forklift work
- Stock rotation, stock take
- General warehouse duties
- Helping in trade assistant duties when required
Skills
- Able to create strong working relationships with customers and team mates
- Good attention to detail
- Time management, capable of setting own priorities and able to multi task at times
- Able to achieve outcomes in a timely manner with a sense of urgency and energy
To be considered for this role you must be an either an Australian Citizen, have residential status or the right to work in Australia. (Due to the recruitment time frame required, Preference will be given to candidates living in Brisbane).
