Trade Assistant
Day Shift – 5.30am – 2.00pm Mon – Thursday/5.30am – 11.30am Friday
💰 $38.00 / hr
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Work with mining machinery – assembly of screens
🔹Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
🔹Operate forklift and overhead crane to move parts for assembly
🔹Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
🔹Adhere strictly to all safety standards and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using various hand and power tools.
🔹Transport: Own reliable transport is essential.
🔹Safety Commitment: Strict adherence to safety standards and procedures.
🔹Responsibility: Able to take on job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
🔹Motivation and Teamwork: Highly motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork.
🔹Attendance: Reliable and committed to regular attendance.
🔹Pre-employment Medical: Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
🔹Ability to read drawings and work to a time frame
🔹Previous trade assistant experience or have been in a similar long-term position
🔹Current Forklift essential
🔹Overhead crane experience preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
