Warehouse and Customer Coordinator!

We are seeking a Warehouse and Customer Coordinator based in Brendale to drive customer satisfaction by coordinating between customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners. This is an immediate start position on a 12-month contract—ideal for someone with experience in warehouse administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Stock & Inventory Management: Work with the Customer Service and Warehouse Manager to maintain stock levels and fulfil orders.
  • Transport Coordination: Oversee local and interstate deliveries, ensuring efficient transportation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily reports, track deliveries, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Customer & Team Communication: Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
  • KPI Tracking: Measure and record KPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Warehouse & Dispatch Experience at an administration level.
  • Customer Service Experience with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer Literate (Google Suite or similar). Forklift License (preferred, or willing to obtain).
  • Experience with Freight Systems & ERP (e.g., Netsuite).
