Maintenance Fitter

• $50–$55 per hour (depending on experience)
• Clontarf Workshop – Consistent hours, 8–10 hr shifts
• Work on access equipment – forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts

Are you a mechanically minded Fitter or Trade Mechanic with experience working on mobile equipment? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a reputable engineering company based in Clontarf.

You’ll be working in a busy, well-equipped workshop carrying out:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs on access equipment that includes:
  • Forklifts
  • Scissor lifts
  • Boom lifts
• Servicing both diesel and electric systems
• General mechanical work across a variety of equipment

This is a full-time, workshop-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem solving in a steady and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Fitter or Mechanic
• Experience with access equipment OR similar plant, mobile, or mechanical gear
• Confident with diesel engines, hydraulics, and low-voltage electrical systems
• Mechanically minded with strong diagnostic ability
• Able to work independently and commit to 8–10-hour days
• Ideally based locally for easy travel to site
