Factory / Machine Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Factory / Machine Operators (With a valid Forklift licence) to join a leading Australian manufacturer based in Crestmead. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values reliability, safety, and career development.

• Rotating Weekly Shifts

Day Shift

Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am to 4:00pm

Thursday: 6:00am to 2:00pm

Night Shift

Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm to 2:00am

Thursday: 4:00pm to 12:00am

Shifts rotate weekly between days and nights. Lunch breaks apply in addition to rostered hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with company procedures
• Set up and shut down machinery safely and efficiently
• Operate multiple machines across the production line
• Pack finished products ready for quality assurance testing
• Monitor product quality and identify any production issues
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work effectively within a team environment to achieve production targets
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and the ability to regularly lift 20kg+
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Forklift licence ESSENTIAL

Additional Requirements

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to permanent placement
