About the Company:
Our mining manufacturing client is a global leader in sustainable productivity, supplying high-performance equipment to the mining and heavy industrial sectors. Their Pinkenba factory specialises in the refurbishment of pumps, cyclones, and valves used across Australia. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Storeperson who is mechanically minded and eager to support both warehouse and trade operations.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the workshop running smoothly. You’ll work closely with trade assistants and technicians, ensuring the timely delivery of components, using tools to assist in rebuild prep, and maintaining an organised warehouse and workshop area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, pick and stage pump and cyclone parts
• Operate forklifts and trolleys to move heavy components safely
• Support Trade Assistants with disassembly, cleaning, and prep work
• Use basic hand and power tools to assist in workshop tasks
• Maintain a clean, organised, and WHS-compliant work area
• Accurately manage stock levels and support inventory checks

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or mechanical workshop
• Experience using hand and power tools (e.g. grinders, drills)
• A strong mechanical aptitude and interest in heavy industry
• A forklift licence
• Be able undergo and pass a drug and alcohol test & Pre Employment Medical
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills
