Our client is seeking hardworking and reliable Production Labourers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Eagle Farm. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for ongoing work, consistent hours and excellent pay rates, with overtime available.
About the Role
You will play a hands-on role in the production process, working as part of a team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Daily tasks will include:
- Manually lifting 20–25kg bags of product from pallets onto trolleys and moving them into production areas.
- Using a hoist to assist with feeding products and ingredients into vibrators and hoppers.
- Cleaning and drying production machinery, particularly on Monday mornings before production begins.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm
- $35.00 per hour ordinary time.
- $52.50 per hour overtime, paid in three-hour blocks. (WHEN OT REQUIRED)
- Additional overtime opportunities may be available.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse or production environment.
- A strong work ethic, with excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly lift up to 25kg.
- A safety-focused attitude and good communication skills.
- Own transport to get to the Eagle Farm site for early starts.
- Steel-cap boots and a hi-vis shirt.
